International experience
Working in international companies in Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, and Poland has given me valuable experience in multicultural environments and taught me to adapt quickly to different ways of working.

Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed helping others, learning new tools and systems, and working in both independent and team-based environments. I value clarity, efficiency, and continuous improvement in everything I do.
Problem solving
In the technical and support field, I’ve assisted users of mobile data systems and office equipment, logged support tickets, and provided helpdesk services. I’ve also taken part in creating intranet solutions, training materials, and user manuals. These tasks have strengthened my problem-solving skills, patience, and ability to explain complex things clearly.
Organized
In finance and administration, I’ve worked with ERP systems like ABAC and SAP to register invoices, claims, purchase orders, and contracts. I’ve handled payment processes, done monthly reconciliations, and created reports. These tasks required accuracy, time management, and a structured way of working.
Diverse work experience
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles across customer service, finance, design, technical support, and web content. This diverse background has helped me build a strong combination of creative, analytical, and technical skills.
Creativity
In creative roles, I’ve designed visual materials, websites, online shops, and marketing materials. I’ve worked with content management systems (CMS), updated websites, managed social media channels, and written user-friendly guides for both internal and external audiences. These experiences developed my eye for detail, design thinking, and communication skills.
Cultural awareness
While studying in San Diego, USA, I had the opportunity to meet and connect with people even from a wider range of cultural backgrounds. This experience broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for international collaboration and diversity.
