I have over seven years of work experience in technical & customer support, marketing and financial positions in Finland and abroad. That allowed me to gain and develop good communications, problem solving and IT skills. While working for Mobitele Ltd, I was responsible for creating marketing material for the company. At Lillbacka Ltd, I worked in the Quality assurance department, where my main task was to create an intranet and to train personnel to use it. These tasks required me to be able to work both alone and a part of a team. At Vattenfall Ltd, I was providing customer support for electricity users and corrected billing errors in SAP. At Frontex (the European Border and Coast Guard Agency), I gained valuable experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
I am committed to a lifelong learning, and therefore in September 2015 I completed studies in web producing. That gave me a good understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing and web designing.
Additionally, I have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues and customers. I am flexible and fast learner, yet disciplined and detail oriented.
